Pizza is the perfect food. I say this because my mom always said it. She convinced me that she was right. Cheese, tomato, bread. Plus whatever other delicious morsel one decides to add. I don’t think I’ve ever met a pizza I didn’t like. I definitely prefer thin crust pizzas to Chicago style. My favorite pizzas are light on red sauce (or even have no red sauce), have lots of fresh basil, heirloom tomatoes and maybe some good meat, depending on my mood. Of course, you can’t go wrong with a margherita pizza. Where’s the best pizza you’ve ever had from?
(I can’t remember the name of this pizza, but it’s from Napolese in Indianapolis)
