It’s no secret that I love grilled cheese. Ask any of my friends and they’ll tell you that, second only to pizza, grilled cheese is my favorite. It’s so versatile! You can make sweet grilled cheese, savory grilled cheese, or a mix of both.
I’m going to focus on savory grilled cheese first (because let’s be real here, nothing beats cheddar, bacon and tomato on toasty, warm bread).
Of course, nothing beats a classic grilled cheese–white bread, butter and American cheese. I’m getting hungry!
