Almond flour. Almond extract. Slivered almonds. Egg whites. Sugar.

Makes 15 cookies
- 1/2 c. almond slivers
- 3/4 c. almond flour or meal
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. almond extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until you have a paste.
Use approximately one tablespoon of the paste for each cookie and space them out evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Press gently on each cookie with wet fingers, just to round them. Bake for 15 minutes, until barely golden around the edges.
Cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
