Brownies might be one of my favorite desserts. Especially when you get one of the yummy, crispy corner pieces… yummmmm. Don’t even get me started. Brownies are the perfect cookie-cake hybrid – and extra fudgy, melty, chocolate-y ones are the best. Although eating a pan of brownies is exceptional on its own, here are five ways to up your brownie game:
Okay, first of all, yum. Can you imagine this in a milkshake? Minty, brownie, chocolate goodness. It seems like it might even be a little bit refreshing since it’s got mint in there… this is definitely something I’m trying next time I’m home.
Speaking of milkshakes… oh my goodness. Coffee (mocha, okay) and brownies. In ice cream. How could you get any better? Add whipped cream and brownie bits on top. Now we’re talking.
Brownie pudding, a.k.a. one of my favorite desserts ever. Ina Garten has a recipe for it that my mom and I have made probably 20 times. It’s worth it every time. Fudgy, warm brownies – it’s like the center of the brownies if you don’t quite bake them enough. Then you add a crispy, cookie-like top. Add vanilla ice cream and you’re in chocolate heaven.
A brownie sundae float? Now that’s something I’ve never heard of before. I am intrigued by it.
If you don’t love chocolate and strawberries together, who even are you? Add whipped cream… man, I love whipped cream. This looks like a perfect, summery dessert that I’d enjoy on my patio. I can’t wait to try this one, either!
